No Cost for Audience 

9 am-12 pm Master Classes

12 pm Networking Booths open

1 pm - 6 pm Performances 

The purpose of the Festival is to give local dance students a special performing, learning, and networking experience while also raising funds to support children in our community who do not have access to dance opportunities. The broader goal is to bring people of different backgrounds together to grow our local community.

Master Classes with current working professional dancers and artistic directors 


Networking Fair
     College dance departments
     Professional dance companies 
     Dancer health and rehabilitation resources

     Artist resources 


Family and friends attending the professional theater performance no tickets needed

Digital program for mobile phones   

Videography with optional supportive adjudication notes by professionals 
     Positive feedback for students to grow as technicians and artists
     Positive feedback for choreographers and teachers to guide and inspire 


An exceptional team bonding experience for dance groups


All proceeds from the event will go to support the Madison Contemporary Dance Outreach Program, which provides year-round training for local children who have no access to arts training as well as outreach programs at community centers and dance events at neighborhood parks and community spaces

Ximena Linares-Rodriguez 

  • Graduated from UW-Stevens Point in 2020 with a BA in Dance

  • Former Co-Director/ Choreographer for KLJ Movement 

 

Molly Gerhmann 

  • Dancer, educator, and choreographer based in New York City

  • Broadway Dance Center Professional Training 

  • Graduated from Loyola University Chicago BA in Dance and a minor in Musical Theater
