Naomi Brown

Naomi started dancing at A Step Above Dance & Music Academy. Naomi has studied styles such as lyrical, contemporary, ballet, tap, and jazz. She has performed in Dance Wisconsin Nutcrackers and other ballets such as La Fille Mal Gardee, and Alice in Wonderland. She also has been involved in A Step Above’s Holiday Show and has done MCD guest appearances. Naomi has obtained titles such as Rainbow GreenBay’s 2024 Dancer of the Year and Miss Precision She was awarded  judges choice awards at competitions such as Dupree, Precision, Imagine, Legacy and more. She has also received a scholarship to AMDA, five scholarships to Dupree Nationals, and invites to battle of the seas dance competition. Naomi also spends her time teaching at A Step Above as well as choreographing half time performances for her high school dance team. This is Naomi’s first year with Madison Contemporary Dance as an apprentice.
